The Shinano Mainichi Shimbun introduced
our work to bring Matsukawakan back to life

An article on the revival of Matsukawakan appeared in the Shinano Mainichi Shimbun of September 3, 2026. The headline read 「高山村の旅館 再生へ奮闘中」 — “A ryokan in Takayama Village, hard at work on its revival”.

The paper featured the three of us who fell for this inn and could not let it be lost, staying on site and cleaning as we aim for a fresh start within the year.
